All PLAced products are covered by our 12-month warranty under our rePLAced service.
If anything goes wrong due to material or manufacturing issues, we’ll repair or replace it — no stress.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at [getsorted@compoundadditive.com] with:
A description of the issue
Photos or short video (if possible)
Your order number
We’ll assess it within 2–3 business days
If covered, we’ll either:
Send a replacement part
Offer a repair kit
Or offer store credit or refund (if no replacement is available)
We may ask you to return the original part for recycling under our rePLAnt program

Manufacturing defects

Damage from incorrect installation
Accidental or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, melted PLA)

Even outside the warranty window, we don’t want any PLAced components going to waste.
You can return any PLAced component to us under the rePLAnt program for responsible reuse or recycling. We'll even offer a discount on your next order as a thank you.
