If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to get it sorted.

How to Arrange a Return

  1. Email us at [getsorted@compoundadditive.com] with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item safely and send it back using a tracked service. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

Returns Policy

You can return any unused, non-customized PLAced product within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging and all included parts

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-assembled kits (e.g., rail systems built to exact space specs)

  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
